Steve Vines – Hong Kong and Asia issues / Morris Miselowski – Business Futurist / Davis Bradley and Macy Lau – Terry Fox run / Susan Gerbic – Scientific SkepticismToday on Morning Brew, in the red corner (The 1980s socialist version of course. None of this modern fake lefty nonsense) Steve Vines returns at 10.10 to look at a world turned upside down. This week, the British Prime minister is saying "Buy! Buy! Buy!" as the UK rolls over for China. Critics, however, are saying its "Bye Bye" to the UK's credibility. Meanwhile, back in the bubble, the lead is swinging heavier by the day, and apparently somehow, it's the fault of the Pan Democrats, according to top officials. as of today, the 1980s classic Back to The Future movies...are about the past. Business Futurist Morris Miselowski joins us at 11.10 to look at some of the technological predictions they contained. At 11.40, we talk about the Terry Fox run, which has been going on in Canada and across the world for 35 years. We meet two local organisers Davis Bradley and Macy Lau who will tell us about the incredible story of Terry Fox, and what's happening here in Hong Kong. At 12.10, a nice easy topic; Scientific Skepticism. Susan Gerbic, who is the founder of Guerilla Skepticism on Wikipedia, joins us in the studio.(9:30am - 1:00pm, , email firstname.lastname@example.org)
