CIBS節目:惜食行者 (Eco Food Walker)

以環保角度探討有關食物的議題,深入淺出為聽眾剖析食物浪費、綠色宴會、本地食材、素食等題目,讓聽眾了解各界的環保對策,反思自己、食物與環境的關係。繼而由「吃」做起,選擇較環保的食材、耗能較少的飲食方式,身體力行,吃出綠色生活。

The programme explores the matter of food from the ecological perspective and explains in plain terms about food waste, green catering, local food materials, vegan lifestyle, etc. By knowing more about the environmental strategies taken by different sectors, it is hoped to give the audience the opportunity to reflect on the relationship between themselves, food, and environment, as well as to take action by starting up green living with “eating”, choosing the more eco-friendly food materials and adopting the less energy-consuming way of eating.
